After Telkom finally arrived to install our new office lines and activate the existing ones last week, I phoned to ask them to activate ADSL on one of the lines. Needless to say it was a MISSION just to get the lady at the call centre to co-operate (and her complete ignorance of self-install...). Anyway, yesterday I get a call from another sad Telkom employee wanting to do quality control on my phone call of the previous week. BUT NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHEN I THE ADSL WILL ACTUALLY BE ACTIVATED. So I told the lady to call me again once I have the service if she wants to do quality control because I'm not wasting any of my time on them until I have my ADSL activated.

So this morning I try the verifyadsl thingy and it returns this...

Click on restart and try again.

Anyone know where I can get some C4?

Sorry to hear you are struggling but my sympathy is of no use, just know what it is like to attempt to get a straight answer from helpdesk ... can be very trying

All you need to do is search in google for "how to make c4" , all from buying in pick and pay.
Also, this kind of thing happens to 99.9% users of telcum.
Fortunately, all i had to wait for was one week. a mirical. Aaand i live in a small town.
