hellkom isp idiots

i need advice on changing from ISP being hellkom.
Sick of the pathetic service.

I subscribe to 10 gig a month at a cost of nearly R800! Such a waste....

there is 111 different isp's! who should i use?
I dont do loads of downloading and dont need fast speed.

What is the best option for uncapped?
3g is out of the question.

Any suggestions?
