Hi guys,

I know this might be a long shot but hellopeter.com is a consumerism website where consumers can post their rants and raves regarding service that they are receiving from particular companies.

From what I can understand, hellopeter.com then tries to contact the company to get some response.

It has worked wonders with Vodacom, ABSA and co. So just as a suggestion, lets all get together and post our concerns on hellopeter.com and lets see what response (if any) hellopeter.com gets from WBS.

Its a long shot, but it is worth a try. Im getting pretty desperate about this service because I rely on it for my business, and if this don't work then my iBurst modem and my "24 month" contract are getting canned.

If all else fails, we need to let our feet do the talking.

IBurst are relying on this desperation you mention, by its customers, to essentially blackmail and extort extra money, in breach of their agreement with you (us). If your contract says nothing about this - I'm sure you can walk into any police station, with the contract, and lay a charge of extortion and blackmail, as you would if any human tried to in effect threaten you and extort extra cash despite a pre-existing agreement.
Hello Peter's a good option, but this also needs to move into realworld structures, like treating it as common extortion, and seeing if the police will open a case docket as for any 'normal' crime..
