Help a newb out pls - 2 Accounts?

Hi there guys,

My Brother has one of those OpenWeb Local 30Gb Accounts - I just want to ask a question -

Can I enter his account details into my router and use his account to download some stuff WHILE HE IS USING IT. i.e. can i just login with his adsl account at my place and use it ??? even if he is using it at his place?

Also some advice would be nice, Im looking to get an account to download from the Newshost.za.net server which is the best provider to go with?

I still want to use international websites occassionaly throughout the month so it will suck if it uses the international FIRST and then the local

a - yes
b - you only download NZBs from Newshost.za.net - nothing else. Otherwise search the forums - there's plenty of material on both the SAIX and IS News Servers.
c - yes - international comes off first. however have a look at [searchforum]route sentry[/searchforum]

His account would have to have more than one concurrent connection.
