My current card is a GTX 560 with 2x 6pin connectors. These come from 2x Molex connectors from the PSU.
I am planning on buying an RX 470 which requires 1x 8pin connector which my PSU doesn't have. Not even a 4+2 connector.
The PSU is a Thermaltake 550w and all searches for a manual prove fruitless. It came with my Thermaltake V3 Black Edition case about 5 or 6 years ago.

Is it possible to get a 2x Molex to 8pin adaptor? Is it recommended? I did find one but only 6 of the pins were terminated. The other 2 were blank. The 2 Molex plugs only had red, yellow and black wires coming out of each of them. Should all pins be terminated? I didn't buy it because I needed some fundies to point me in the right direction.
Do I replace the PSU? Which would need further discussion at a later stage.

Or I'll buy an Nvidia card with a 6 pin connector like the 1060 and save R1K or so.
