Hey everyone. I just got my BB torch on contract about 2 weeks back and the screen was showing unusual lines and I did a simulated battery pull with Quick pull and when it booted up the problem was fixed but my music and photos was all gone! I did another Quick pull restart and this time it went until the mtn boot up logo then it showed a red light for a few seconds, then it would just boot up again endlessly in exact same order. It boots up fine when I remove the micro sd and sim, so I'm guessing it happens when it tries to make a data connection. Any solutions besides loading the OS again.

When I changed the memory card and left the sim it worked so its obvious its the 4gb micro sd that came with the phone, must I format it or rather go to mtn? I can't see my files on the memory card but its still on, any ideas how I can get to it before I format the memory card?
Format the memory card. If possible put the memory card in another phone or pc to salvage any data.
