Hi guys

i want to buy a media player but just for basic series and movies..nothing to hectic and expensive and without a hdd

my budget is around r600 and my choices are the isonic a3hd , ac ryan mini (i think) and the apacer al670

it must have hdmi and atleast a good look and feel

and also i dont want to scan through millions of files to get one , it should be able to read the file set up like how i see it on pc cos i have seen some guys talking about 1 folder with all files

and if anyone knows anyone who has them for cheap in cpt please do let me know

You just missed Esquire's Scary Hour Sale : AC Ryan Essential for R399 excl VAT

The Apacer AL670 has been discontinued leaving only the AL720. You could probably pickup Mecer MP1055 for less than R600. Have used it myself and you can throw almost any type of file at it and it plays them all.

I have used the iSonic and sold several of them. Works very well, didnt have any problems and the GUI for finding files is just like a PC, i would recommend it though i haven't used any of the others.
