My ADSL and voice line went completely dead on Friday, 21 June. I logged a call on Saturday morning, but the line is still down.
What is the usual time to attend to these faults? The Call Center is useless - they can't give me any information at all. My previous experience was within 1 day, but maybe I was just lucky before...
