Can someone please explain concurrent connections to me?

Do you mean multiple ADSL connections from the same PC (with RASPPPOE or similar).

OR

Do you mean the limit on how many connections there are to a specific ADSL account at a time?

Concurrent means how many connections allowed on a DSL account.
So two or more people can connect to the same DSL account from different locations or through one location using bridging...
