Help configure my OPENWEB account

Hi

I switched from smellkom to Openweb IS semi-shaped, but i cant connect to internet.

I changed mu username a password, and nothing is there any other settings to change?

Using a Netgear DG834GT modem

Wan Test shows this:


Testing Internet Connection

This Page will Automatically Display the NETGEAR Website if a Successful Internet Connection is Detected.

Connecting to server : Failed
Negotiation : LCP down.

and yes i did reset my rooter

give it abit of time,, sometimes it takes awhiel for them to set up.....give them a phone call and let them know... there should'nt be a problem on ur side,, cause you say it was working allready....having to change an isp to a new password does not have problems ever.. so give them a phone call
 
well normally, when i do an EFT i send them proof of payment, then a message log telling them i sent it,, and in 10 mins i am up and going.

i suggest you phone them and let them know.....also make sure you are typing in ur username and password in correctly..which i'm sure u are doing right naywyas,, but it does happen getting it wrong
 
My internet is still not working??

I phoned them today at 16:40, the lines were already close and their office hours should be from 8:30 till 17:00 WTF!!!!!

I did phone them earlier as well, they only reset my account
