Help connecting with Linksys modem

Hi guys

I have a Linksys BEFDSR41W modem and can't connect using it.
Anyone else have problems with it?
I'm using PPOE and need some info: Virtual Circuit ID (VPI and VCI) and the type of multiplexing i should be using, LLC or VC.
