Im guessing about a week ago we got disconnected because we didnt pay a bill on time. I was out of the country at the time so we sorted this out as soon as we got back. Aside from the billing people being generally very confused, they assured us around 2 days ago that our connection would be back up and running. It still isnt!
When I try to connect using the dashboard (i usually use a Wireless Router) I'm told that the username and password are not accepted, yet we know this username and password to be correct as we have never changed them. I called tech support last night and spoke to Riccardo I believe, who asked me for our username and password (I thought asking for the latter was strange). He then asked me to write the username and password down in notepad, and copy and paste them into the iburst connection window..................this didnt work. Surprisingly. He then offered to change the username to see if that would work, which I declined. He said nothing could be done then as advanced support were all out, and they'd have to deal with it this morning :wtf:
What I HAVE noticed though is that at around 10pm at night, the connection magically starts working but by the morning, its broken again. Incredibly strange. (i.e. it accepts the username and password which it rejects at all other times).
This has become incredibly frustrating and I need a reliable connection. I know missing a payment was a bad thing, but honestly, do you have to rub in the consequences like this? My reference number with the support desk is 134901 apparently. Pleeeeeease could someone get this sorted out properly!?
