We are looking for support desk personnel and onsite personnel. (Onsite personnel will be supplied with vehicle, drivers license is therefor essential)
Desirable Skills:
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Degree/Diploma in a relevant field will be an advantage
Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+
Mikrotik /UBNT/3CX experience will be helpfull
3 – 5 years’ experience in Desktop Support and Networking environments.
VOIP general experience

Antivirus and Malware Software
Full understanding of EMAIL, POP, SMTP, IMAP.
MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc..

1st, 2nd Line Support
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their IT support problems.
Communicate with clients effectively and directly via phone, email and remote diagnostics to identify and resolve client reported issues – in both technical and non-technical roles remotely and onsite when required.
Log tickets to keep track of onsite and remote support.
Conduct ongoing server monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal environment
Take responsibility for effective delivery of work within clients Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Participate in researching online for solutions and problem solving of difficult issues to be resolved.
Maintain and update technical knowledge through learning and studying.
Effective communication with client’s onsite as well as with our office.
Introduce and advise on new technologies and learning new concepts and systems efficiently.
Assist client after hours if need be.
Assist with returning goods to suppliers for repairs or warranty claims.
Providing feedback on resolution of issues.
Quality assurance on new implementations.
