Help emigre get his pension?

Friend left SA 10 years ago and has 4 policies due for payout. Battling with banks and life companies.
A firm called Cashkows offered help at 5G per policy ?
Anyone know them ?
Any suggestions as to who he can use?
He comes from Randburg now in Sydney.

I think it depends on why he is battling. It should be a simple matter of company paying into designated bank account at the time the policy is due. Does he have a local bank account still ? Did he officially emigrate ?

Officially emigrated. Will check on bank account.
Sadly Nedbank can find nothing relating to his ID number even tho he had an account for 20 years with them.
SARS also taking their time to answer emails...

he must NOT deal with anyone else other than the administrators of the pension and policy holders. anyone else cannot help him in this regard, ONLY the administrators can obtain the tax directive from SARS.
