Help: Figo Owners

Hi everyone

I need some help / advice with setting up with getting the bluetooth working correctly with my phone.

Recently bought a Ford Figo Ambiente 2014, and successfully paired audio unit with my phone (LG G2)

Now the issue is i can make calls fine, and the sound does route via my sound system, but the person on the other side cannot hear me, same with incoming calls when i answer, can hear them fine just not the other way around.

I have checked the MIC and mute settings on the audio unit, and also deleted and tried re- pairing the BT connection on both phone and audio unit, to luck.

1) I have consulted the audio unit manual, but to no avail.
2) Delete all cached BT settings on phone
3) Checked all volumes on my phone as well as audio unit.

Maybe i am just doing something wrong somewhere.

If any fellow Figo owners that makes use of this feature perhaps shed some light on the situation and how to correctly setup and use this, i would greatly appreciate it.

I don't have a car with Bluetooth functionality but it sounds to me the microphone is not working for some or other reason.

Bluetooth connections won't only work one way so my guess would be the car's built-in mic is borked. It's only a guess though, but maybe it is a place to start looking.

Mine works fine. Not much help to you though unfortunately. Worked with my Note 3 and now my S7.

@OP, have you tried testing with another phone?

Try with an iPhoney. Some phones just work better with BT than with others.
