Help find lost friends or relatives

Is it possible to start a new thread to help other members find lost friends or relatives?
 
Don't you think Facebook would be better at that ?
 
Noooo guys, not like that.

For instance i'd love to trace a guy named vincent who used to trawl the clubs many years ago. His brother was killed when the car he was working on slipped off the jack and squashed him. All i know is that vincent lived in rustenburg, moved to some place near nelspruit and once had a girlfriend named wilhemena.

How do you search for that on facebook?

Nope, no site is gonna give you that. You will need names & surnames to start finding links to said individual.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_degrees_of_separation I actually find this to be very true, you will find people you knew via others you would have never met in your life.

And you want to contact him to say sorry for kicking the jack?
 
Thanks guys...the person I am looking for isn't on Facebook, Twitter or any social media sites...been a hell of a week searching. How can someone NOT be on Facebook?
 
Do you know where vincent went to school? Maybe you can find his surname from school pics online.

i also knew a vincent.............very old person. van gogh was his surname.
 
The person I am looking for, I know his surname, where he lives, went to school....but no luck. So either he's not on any social media sites, or he's deceased or he immigrated... Ok, NOW, I feel like a stalker... :wtf:

I haven't actively been trying to trace vincent. I just remember him as a really nice guy who was often either comfortably numb or cross eyed and painless. A chilled guy.

Hmmm, on reflection he might've accidentally kicked the jack.
