Hey folks

Been tasked to put together a machine to process data fed from a Quest UAV doing terrain mapping.

Will most likely end up with 4790, 32GB RAM, Intel SSD, R280 combo but I'm having a tough time finding a chassis that meets the clients request. Needs to be as small as possible (briefcase size) so it can be easily transported throughout the DRC where the client is based.

Ideally looking for a chassis that can accommodate (in addition to the components above) the GPU turned 90 degrees via a PCI-E adapter. Something like below (albeit in mATX format with a decent PSU incorporated and space for SSD) :)

Have also been looking at the following but worried about noise and cooling: http://www.plinkusa.net/web1004m.htm

Anyone seen or know of anything like this in SA?

Ta!

Can't help with the case but if heat is an issue you should rather look at a gtx 960 than a r9 280 as it consumes way less power and runs cooler. That's a custom made one of case though so you not gonna buy it online or in a shop.

Don't think I've ever heard of any "briefcase sized" cases that will support an SLI/Crossfire config like that
