Help finding spectrum assignments.

I am going mad trying to find what spectrum each operator has been assigned.
Would greatly appreciate if someone can tell me where i can find an up to date resource (After the last auction) showing what spectrum each operator has.
 
Looking for a more recent version of this?

Something like that would do.
Even just a list somewhere of
X Service Provider - Band y - z Mhz ....

I thought MBB published one after the auction but I can not find it.
 
Using my SDR and my phone in field test, and some research, I have concluded the following.

RAIN; CELL- C and Liquid will have to wait until I feel like doing them.
I have figured out what technologies are assigned on Telkoms network BUT this is location dependent for example in Gauteng i have seen 3CA on B40 (B40 + B40 + B40), I have not seen this in the western cape, that may be due to 5G using the remaining 20Mhz or equipment constraints at the sites around where i live. LTE and 5G can also dynamically share spectrum using DSS.

Testing MTN and Vodacom is hard. I tried using my Telkom roaming to figure it out (655-03 is Telkom on MTN; 655-05 is Telkom on Vodacom i think). The Issue is MTN seems to use Cell-Cs spectrum as its own... or at least my Telkom also seems to roam on cell-c's spectrum as if it is part of MTN's network. I need to also figure out what spectrum sharing agreements Liquid and Rain have with MTN and Vodacom... Ill get back to this when I feel like it.
