Hi all. I am trying to get into contact with someone. is there anyway I can get there number using an ID number or banking details. This person owes me a lot of money around R50000 and as is ducking and diving. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. I am paying a big loan off for this person from the bank.

The loan probably in OPs name... so OP doesn't want to be blacklisted... don't loan to people who can't loan from the bank...

Well, I'd still like to know how having the cellphone number would help for a guy dodging you in real life...
