Help getting cellphone number

Hi all. I am trying to get into contact with someone. is there anyway I can get there number using an ID number or banking details. This person owes me a lot of money around R50000 and as is ducking and diving. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. I am paying a big loan off for this person from the bank.

This might sound terrible, but how do you lend someone that much money without knowing who they are?

You are probably going to need some police intervention here with the ID and bank details.

My thought exactly.

Although he does seem to know who they are. Which is why the number thing is even more bizarre.

If I owe some one money and don't want to hear of him, I will get a new number from the Pakis, "pre rica".

Well, I'd still like to know how having the cellphone number would help for a guy dodging you in real life...
