It's quite ridiculous actually how broken their website is - I gave up trying to order online due to errors all over the place. THinking it might be a few adblockers or Chrome addons, I tried in Firefox and I.E (<-- Any one remember that one lol?). Same problems:
Select product , select address, add to cart, continue, sets you back to beginning to select product. Endless loop... Tried other ways, add to cart, check out, cart empty, back to beginning lol. Eventually gave up and ordered over Phone - 45m airtime burnt.
Anyway - waste of time that was - no ports available till November...
But with up to 90mins wait time in call center, and them wanting to reduce staff, I guess the 1st to be retrenched are the web programmers and call center staff... fekking joke of a company.
