HELP: How to Block a CellC Prepaid SIM???

Guys, just lost my secondary phone with a CellC SIM in (SterKinekor).
Its a Prepaid Line, how do I block it/ my phone as well.

Ok, managed to contact CellC customer Serv (084140)

For the record, to help someone else in the same situation in future.


1) Call customer service on 084 140 and get them to stop the sim card

2) Get a blacklisting form, customer service can email it to you or you can download it from http://www.cellc.co.za/content/downloads/downloads.asp

3) Report the phone stolen at your local SA Police station

4) Complete the black listing form and send it to Cell C

5) Go into your closest Cell C store with your ID document and do a sim swop, and reactivate your number

This process will be similar on all the networks.
