[Help] How to ubgrade USB/Ethernet modem

We've had iBurst for since 2007, using the modem in the roof connecting to a router through an Ethernet cable. It's been doing great for its whole life, but I'd like to upgrade it to a 2meg modem. How does one go about achieving this? People at Dial a Nerd aren't helping.

Give the call centre a call on 087 720 7200 and order one for R3499 cash:

Edit: IIRC, it is possible to purchase the 2Mbps modem on any of the contracts (not just the Uncapped+ package indicated on the website), but the monthly subscription will go up.
