HELP I need to modify my website!

Hey guys, I need to change the front page graphic on my website as well as the silly descriptions at the bottom of each page. This is a joomla website and I know it's easy but I am inexperienced with joomla. Please can somebody gimme a simple rundown on how to change these two items and I will send you a big kiss!

Login to your backend (you should have a username/password): www.phicapital.co.za/administrator

Go to Extensions > Module Manager.

Those blocks on your frontpage are modules, find the ones called Services, etc.. and edit them.
