Please anybody explain to me how the international/local cap works. I have searched other forums and even tried telkom but all answers'explanations are confusing. I have a 1gig adsl line with telkom as ISP.
I understand that broadband gets loaded the 1st of a month and is not carried over. Also that if I have reached my cap then I can surf only local sites and up/download from. That is about it.
What I need to understand is the International/Local issue.
If I have not reached my cap yet and I up/download from a local site does that gets added to my international usage or not.
How much can I up/download from local sites?
Is there possibly a sort of a "user manual" available somewhere that will fully explain this (to me) vague and confusing concept?
All help will be highly appreciated. If I get enough meaningful information I will gladly compile an user manual in ebook format (.pdf)and make it available for free to all interested persons.
So please if you would send me all relevant info or links where this info might be avalable. Also possibly QandA that can be included (I have noticed some in this forum)
Thanks - I owe you
