Help! Internet hellishly slow or none at all

I have a Windows 2000 PC essential to my business...

I kept on getting trouble from Bitdefender not wanting to update so I switched to Nod32..

Now Nod32 updates but at 0.2KB/s
My sites won't load as its too slow....

Whats wrong?

My TCP/IP property settings are on get automatically so thats not the problem...

Maybe you're using a local-only IS-ADSL account, or perhaps your IS-ADSL account has reached its international cap...

Nope, it's SAIX

and internet works in my other PC and notebooks

And upgrading is not an option
