HELP - Laptop display

I have an old Dell Latitude LS, for some reason the wear and tear over the years has caused the data-ribbon from the mobo to the LCD to rip. You can rejoin the tracks where it ripped but I know it will just rip again.
Is there anyone out there with old Dell Latitude spares? I dont care if the LCD is smashed to pieces - I just need the ribbon behind the screen.

I will glady donate a 6-pack to the person that helps me out

Take it to an electronics shop and get them to make one up is my suggestion if you give them a sample they'll be able to get the right connecter on it
