Help. latency

Does anyone know if there are tweaks out there to speed up the my connection with the server. Iam using my cellphone as a modem and connecting to the bloodscalp secver(US) my ping is 1600ms, which is playable.

same here ... the latency is getting to much for this premium service that we pay for ... @ R125/gig

even @ 3am the latency is way above the 400ms mark


wonder if WebAfrica can look into this matter ?? or is the SAT3 cable just over used ??

This could just be a stab in the dark !

The current user base for internat has hugely increased with the launch of HSDPA/3G connections.

This all runs to the exchange and uses the same SAT3 cabeling... So I would go with your second choice.

AFAIK another cable is in the pipeline.... I might be wrong.

My latency seems to be back to normal now!

Gettting 250-500ms with my unshaped again.

Mine is still around 900-1000. I have tried everything to get it back down but to no avail. Making it really hard to play in terrokar
