Help MBR gone

i fdisk my hd and lost the mbr. How do i get windows back on to the hd.

You fdisk'ed and lost the MBR? That's pretty ambiguous man... you mean you lost your system partition?

Don't try recreate anything. You must not make any writes to the drive or you could corrupt any chances of recovery. You need to try to recover the partition table using software such as TestDisk.

Or, if it's just the MBR you've lost, then u just need to run fixmbr: http://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/fix-mbr-xp-vista/
