Help me choose a Fibre ISP

Hi guys

I have a choice of the following fibre providers.

Does anyone here have experience with either of them and can offer some advice? I'm considering 100/100 mb unshaped package.

I'm looking for as close to advertised speeds as possible of course, minimum latency, good latencies for gaming would be great too.

I've only really heard feedback about Cool Ideas, and only good things. I'm considering them.
