I have an S1. Updated firmware about 3 months ago. I can renew my contract this week. My S1 hangs sometimes and sometimes just switches off.

Should I get the S3, or get the 7" Tab and use the S1 as a phone after doing another firmware update?

Where did the Poll option go?

I would have to say S3, the screen is massive, the phone makes my iPhone look like a 3310.

S3....Got a 10.1,thinking whats the purpose of the 10.1 besides the Tegra chip for Splashtop...But really go for S3.

oh boy. Ja, my wife got the S3 for a week now. and its pretty awesome. i was really leaning towards the tab and then getting a separate data package.

Was in the same situation. Decided to go with a 7" Tab rather and never looked back again. My HTC Desire HD only gets used as a phone now. Played with a 10" Tab and a 7" tab for a few days before deciding and eventually bought the 7" as it is easier to handle and type on.

Im on my way to get the tab now i got a s2 already no need for the s3 just yet, s2 does all i need for now but im sure I'll want it later too

Put the note and s3 next to each other and played around with them. Screen resolution obviously better on the s3 due to pixel per sq inch. Note also lags by a negligible amount when scrolling thro screens.

I am now leaning towards the note. A spec comparison on gsmarena shows little difference between the two in terms of what I need from a phone. The note seems to provide the best of both worlds I.e. a tablet and phone.

Can anyone confirm if the note can go to ICS?

If out does then I just need to find a great call and data package.

Ok great. There is some talk about jelly bean but I don't think that should influence my decision though.
