Help me decide......

So I'm looking at playing either FEAR 2 or Prince of Persia(latest one). They are very different games but I can't really decide which one I would rather go with. I loved all the old POP games but FEAR 2 looks awesome with all the head popping action

Anyone here played both..? Preferences..?
And no I can't buy both as time does not allow for me to sit through both games
