Help me find Telkom's catch.

I have just applied for a line installation at my new place where I will be moving to soon. They lady on the phone helped me place the order and she told my about the current Closer Plan 3 special.
If you take the Closer Plan 3 you don't have to pay installation costs for the new line, at least thats what she told me.
I asked her if I would be able to cancel the Closer Plan 3 and then just go back to a normal line and she said yes it is a month-to-month plan. But now I'm wondering, will there be a penalty for canceling the plan?

My plan was the following:

1. Order line with Closer 3 and save line installation costs.
2. Cancel Closer 3 after line has been installed.
3. Order ADSL and do a self install to get the free modem(Do you still get a free modem?)

I am moving on the 1 July, and got told the exact same thing.

The installation at my new place is free on closer plan 3. What I am going to do then when the line is installed is apply for the closer plan 5 with Self Install. AFAIK there is a penalty though if you downgrade the package.

Did the same where I am now - and there was no catch.

When i asked - yeah the free modem still applies. But I can only apply for the self install once the line has been installed. Means i'll prolly be without ADSL for a few weeks
