Help me here.

My confusion is that every casserole I even seen is quite juicy. There's a lot of liquid. With biryani, not so much.
 
I would never have put those three things together. Maybe lasagna and mousaka.
They are casseroles, so you typically do not want to make them all at once, the kitchen will be a total mess. But they do freeze well, so you can make one every day, and keep the leftovers.

The Chinese loves my cooking. Except the steak and eggs. But that's ok.

Noag's has mushrooms wrapped in bacon and call it oepsies. They have skilpadjies of chicken breasts and rump steak. I aint never seen a pofadder in the fridge.
I think oepsies is anything wrapped in bacon. Usually way overpriced for a chilli or a cherry and a strip of bacon and a toothpick.
