I just want to confirm this would not be illegal or against policy: Say a friend and I each buy a different account with more than one concurrent connection allowed, we can give each other the passwords to share the accounts, right?
We consider sharing SAIX for browsing and IS for P2P.
The way we use the cap (we pay for) is up to us, no?

No its not illegal, if the account allows 2 or 4 concurrent connections, you can share it with 2 or 4 people.
