Help me Please!! Domain registration and DNS Pointing

I need to register a new domain in South Africa, but I do not want any hosting!! all I want is to register the domain and point it to my own DNS servers where my hosting is.

Dose any one have a contact details or a company that have both these services available?

Hopefully some day!! Hosting and Internet will wake up in South Africa.

Registered my domain with them and using Zone-Edit via Dynsite to point to the dynamic IP.

Running the website from my DSL line at home.

Setup the domain with www.everydns.net and then send through the registration form. I also think google offers free hosting and dns for domains.
