Help! My phone has issues with +27

When ever I save a new contact I put it in as 072. The problem is that when that person calls and the number shows as +2772, my phone doesn't recognise it. How can i go around this?
I use a Nokia E63

My 9300 did the same. Not aware of any solutions. Maybe try updating the phone software

Make sure your numbers are stored in international format (+27) ?

Will save you a lot of hassle if you leave the country at any time.
