Help! Need accommodation for 40 people 31 July 2015 weekend.

For the weekend.
10 of those people to leave on the morning of the Saturday and the rest to stay on another night.
Oostewal in Langebaan would've been very ideal as the 6 sleeper self catering homes are going for R517 per unit, per night.

So in that kinda ball park would be awesome, but there is some maneuverability in price, not by too much.
Oostewal is booked solid

Anywhere along the west coast or even out to Robertson would be lekker.

Like 2 hours drive from Cape Town would be ideal.

In Barrydale on the otherside of Robertson is a hotel (Art something) interisting place, and you can book out the whole hotel.

Were there a month back, and nice living room and dining room for allot of people
