Help Needed Asap!!

Hi I installed DSTV Now onto my Xiaomi Mi TV Box, app installed no problem, however the "Live TV" option does not bring up any of the channels nor is the more option available. We are only able to watch catchup, cant even pick up any of the channels. Please help this is very frustrating...
