Help needed for a ADSL survey

Hi all,
I composed a survey for people who has/had/going to have ADSL conection. It is for academic use, if you guys don't mind, please help me to complete the survey. (I am sorry but I can't afford to give a reward tho...)

1, Are you from an IT related background?

2, What is the purpose of your ADSL line? (business, download, browse, gaming, etc)

3, What brand/model adsl modem/router do you use.

4, Describe your (home) network (ie, 2xpc plug to the switch, which plug to the modem/router, etc)

5, What do you think each item in your network (modrm/router, switch, access point, etc) does?

6, Have you ever worry about your network setup? (say if something gone wrong, or if you get a new machine to plug into the

network, etc)

7, Is the setup interface for your modem/router self-explained?

8, Is the setup information from the modem/router manual and ISP manual sufficient for you to setup your ADSL connection?

9, How did you get your ADSL network set up?

10, Was there any help needed when you setup your ADSL router/modem? (incl. Telkom technician) what level of help was

required?

11, Do you think you can change modem/router setting on your own?

12, Have you looked at the modem/router settings?

13, In detail, describe what you need to do to setup your ADSL modem/router from fresh (say you lost all the settings).

You can create a poll here in Myadsl: This is how to do it -

When you post a new thread, you may have the option to also create a poll.

This function allows you to ask a question and specify a number of possible responses. Other members will then be able to vote for the response they wish, and the results of the voting will be displayed in the thread.

An example poll might be:

What is your favorite color?
Red
Blue
Yellow
Green
Sky-blue pink with yellow spots

To create a poll when you post a new thread, simply click the 'Yes! post a poll' checkbox at the bottom of the page, and set the number of possible responses you want to include.

When you click the submit button, you will be taken to the poll creation page, where you can specify the question and the list of responses you want to include.

You may also want to specify a time limit for the poll, so that (for example) it only stays open for voting for a week.
Voting in and viewing a poll

To vote in a poll, simply select which option you want to vote for, and click the [Vote!] button. You may view the current results for a poll before you vote by clicking the 'View Results' link. Voting in a poll is entirely optional. You may vote for any of the available options, or cast no vote at all.

Generally, once you have voted in a poll, you will not be able to change your vote later, so place your vote carefully!

@Telkomhater - you need to be a mod (afaik) to create a poll here.

BTW - the mods are generally quite obliging wrt to setting up a poll on the site.
