Help needed - Incorrect FNB monthly account fee

Hi. A couple of months ago I noticed that FNB has been charging my 81 year old mother incorrect monthly account fees on her Encore account since 2011. I first noticed this when I saw that her monthly account fee this year was charged at R120 instead of R35. I've sent numerous queries via the FNB website regarding this but only get an automated e-mail that they'll get back to me. Only once have I gotten back a response from an agent that said it had been escalated to the relevant desk but I haven't heard back from them since. This was more than 3 months ago.

Is there anybody that could provide me with the correct monthly account fees for an Encore account starting in 2011? I would like to calculate how much they have been overcharging her. This is for an Encore account that has a balance of less than R 10 000. Here are the amounts they've been charging her :

2011=R93
2012=R93
2013=R97
2014=R100
2015=R100
2016=R105
2017=R105
2018=R110
2019=R115
2020=R120

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When dealing with a bank and no response, it is always helpful to make a very respectful request on a social media platform (Twitter, Facebook)

Clearly state the issue, and what type of response/resolution you would expect from them.

I had a banking fee issue when I downgraded to gold account. Only got sorted once I politely asked for assistance on Twitter (FNBSA)
