Help needed - looking for a replacement of PABX/call-centre solution

Anyone got some recommendations to replace our call-centre/phone system - currently we are using a PABX, but it is really cumbersome.

Any suggestions would be great - looking at 30 seats, should have call-recording, auto-pickup/routing.

We have a lot of experience with call centres, management and integration with other systems that need to interact with it.
