Help needed : much appreciated

Hello all..

I just upgrade my mobile to a Samsun Z500. Last night I discovered I can use it to connect to the internet on my pc..ie use it as a modem. I need some help with the setting please. I get it to register my pc on the network but then an error domes up ans says it cannot connect to the remote computer and that the port used will be closed. Can anyone tell me what the settings
should be. The settings I have thus far is :

Country : SA
Network provider : there is just option for others
APN name : I am not sure what to put here( I am with vodacom)
Phone number **99***3#
No user name and password.
My question is : What must be put in and do I need to activate something with Vodacom? Help will be aprreciated and it will get me up and running again to the net seeing as my ADSL line has now been down 7 days alerady.
The phone is WAP enabled and I can borwse on it.

APN Name is internet, no username or password.
The phone number depends on how the connection is set up on the modem (phone).
You have to execute
AT+CGDCONT=3,IP,"internet"
before you can use
**99***3#
to dial.

Go to "Start | Settings | Control Panel | Phone and Modem Options"
Select the Modems tab, select your modem in the list and click on Properties
Go to the Advanced tab and type in:
AT+CGDCONT=3,IP,"internet"<cr>
