Help needed,packet loss when smart tv is on

Hi all

So i have 10mb adsl,got a new samsung series 7 smart tv

When the tv is off i logged into teamspeak with no packet loss.Turning it on boom around 2-10% packet loss .

Note this is when watching netflix.

Any advice or idea why?

Do you have an android phone at hand? Could you install this app: Wifi Analyzer.https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en
Can you give an image of all of the screens, before and after turning the TV on and off? Be sure to use the Time graph over a minute.
Just as a starting point.

EDIT: Also a diagram of floor plan if you would and environment.

The TV does not support speeds of 10Mbps or lower and it needs Cat7 cables if wired.

Maybe that is the problem?

Screen mirror and/or Smart view along with TV Cast via Android. Not sure about other OS.

It does not have a fix,thought it was the tv but it seems anything that just touches bandwith spikes the ping and packet loss.

Will test axxess ans crystal web tonight to see what happens

Well... would love to know why thats happening. Please update when you find out why
