Unless you have PiP why would you want to attempt to view multiple channels on the same telly?

You can do it, just need to set your RF out channel to different frequencies on each decoder and connect them all to the same RF network.

Well, that the logic anyways.

I dont know the exact wiring logic but we have 3 tv and a central spliter which all the tvs connect to so that they can each watch both the Dstv channals.

I asume you have the decoders in 2 diferent rooms?
then move the decoders to 1 room, the out of the secondary conect it to a (4 way or more you can just use thr av cables for bothe decoders on the main tv)spliter and run the cables of course you will need remote eyes or a remote blaster for every room.

or keep as is and 2 3 way spliters at each deocer run the bales from each deocer to the other tvs, but then you will have to cables at the other tvs which will need to be joined at tvs

This setup works for me - channels 39 & 41.

Remember if you are running the remotely located tv's on rf with splitters, the signal could degrade very quickly over cable distance. To counter this, buy low-loss cable and use the lowest UHF out frequency on the decoders provided the channel is open. You can pull channel numbers for terrestrial broadcasts in your area off Sentech's site and just avoid those channels on the decoder outputs. If the picture still comes out a bit snowy, add a setback amplifier at the beginning of the cable run. Careful with these though, they can amplify other junk too and cause funny lines on the picture.

Put decoders at main TV. Connect AV to main TV. Run RF out of both decoders into a T-piece (this will be your heartbeat connection). Run the 3rd leg of the T-piece into a 4-way SLx splitter (this has amplification, so no setback amp needed). The outputs will go to the 4 other TV's. Put TVlinks on these 4 lines at the TV's so you can use the remotes at these locations. Adjust XtraView settings and activate TVlinks.

Is it really possible to watch 5 different channel on 5 separate tv's?

Of cos its possible, but if you have 100 TVs you can only watch about 80 different channels cos that's how many DSTV has, maybe you can get from FTA to get up to 100 though

Under 1 subscription though its only possible to get 3 different channels
