Help needed with PUK

I stupidly entered my pin wrong 3 times on my blackberry and now I need my puk.
I only have the tablet with me and cant phone with it.
Is there any way of getting my puk of the blackberry using my tablet without having to make a call?

Im sure there has to be one of those *100#tel nr... nr's that can do it but i cant find anything on google.
