Help Needed with Router Firmware

Hey Guys,

I have one of those Marconi Premium Combo Routers and yesterday evening, I saw an update in its firmware, so I downloaded and installed it.

Now I'm having a problem, I have a 4mb line and since the firmware update, my ADSL does not go at full speed (speed tests change constantly and vary giving me results between 384k and 900k).

Does anyone know anyway to rollback firmware on this router or do I have to go out and get it replaced?

So I guess you can't roll back the firmware then.

Guess I have to get another router

take it back to Telkom and just tell them it's faulty, they'll probably swap it out then and there.

Speed tests do vary, it might be more accurate now. Shaping allows for bursts of high speeds under optimal conditions. Test it in the middle of the night, with an adequate period between test?
