Help needed with setup Cape Town area

Hi all,

Just a few questions I have been wanting to connect to BBC iplayer & ITV player for a while now - I am considering buying a samsung smart TV & getting unotelly - I currently have a DSTV subscription as well which we will be keeping - I am going to rearrange my TV room so I will have the computer & TV there but the router will remain where it is currently at the other side of the house (we run a cable from the router in the roof & plugged into the media player (mede8er) ) I wouldnt mind paying someone to come & tidy up all the wires setting up the unotelly and the smart TV to the UK site & checking that everything else works after that (DSTV) any ideas if installers do the unotelly setup etc?

It's a DIY system, that's by nobody answered you.

If you don't know how to set it up, you probably won't know how to operate it...therefore no reply.

I am not quite sure what you are asking. As far as I can see you want get rid of your DSTV and setup a HTPC to watch UK TV on your Samsung you are planning to buy?

Well honestly unotelly is something you can setup yourself as it is quite straight forward. I can't comment on the Samsung setup as I have an LG connected to a media player running unotelly and XBMC.

So maybe you want to breakdown you setup and request specific questions on the topic you require asisstance with.
