Help needed with Telkom mix

I took out a Telkom mix contract.
They got mixed up and now I need telkom direct to fix it.

They said they ask some one to fix it, but to no avail.
The branch supervisor did phone and said no one come back to him, he will follow up.
It is now 1 week.
What can I do.

My daughter ask me why it take so long, and I told her it is because of Affirmative action.
 
Yea, keep spewing the half-truths to your daughter. I found it's not AA but a lack of willingness to perform your duties at a job that gives you X amount of money every month either way. Nobody has pride in their job performance these days anymore and does the minimal to get by.

If I were you I'd approach (or try to) Telkom directly on their support lines. Otherwise I'd go to a different branch and see if they could help me. FYI, these branches that you walk into are usually owned by their respective owners, much like a franchise.
