Help Needed - Zaps.co.za

My mate got mass effect from zaps (preowned) .. it worked until 1 point where it just crashed. The disc was a little scratched but the guys there didnt hesitate and gave him a full refund. Dont often find places that trust gamers and give you great service. +1 zaps
