Hi everyone

Could someone please advise me on where I could find gotu kola in Johannesburg, preferably close to Sandton. A friend of mine in Australia said it might help with my sciatic nerve pain.

She said it's an anti-inflammatory herb or something along those lines. I just need to find some time so that I can do a bit of research on it.

I might even have to order it on wantitall.com because most of the health shops I've been to don't seem to stock it.

Have you tried your GP or Neurologist? A neurologist especially would be up-to-date on where to find anything that would help for sciatic nerve pain.
